Cancellations

• If you need to change your booking in advance, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind bookings. 

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking, you will be charged the full amount.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment and cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment a credit will be issued.
